Shipping Policy
All online orders will be shipped by our selected courier to your shipping address.
For customers from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan
You can enjoy free shipping for purchase of HK$300 (price after discount) or above.
For orders below HK$300, a standard shipping charge of HK$50 will apply.
For international customers
You can enjoy free shipping for purchase of HK$1,000 (price after discount) or above.
For orders below HK$1,000, a standard shipping charge of HK$300 will apply.
Items will be shipped within 5 business days upon payment confirmation.
We will notify you by email once your order is dispatched and tracking number(if any) will be provided to your registered email.
Order Details
Please ensure all details are correct when confirming your order. Details cannot be changed once the order is confirmed.
Return and Refund Policy
Return
We gladly accept returns for any item(s) purchased online within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of products (e.g. items received on 1 Jan can be returned up to 7 Jan).
All returned item(s) must be kept in “Good Condition*”. Our staff will examine the returned item(s) and follow up accordingly.
For items returned by courier, the courier charges will be borne by the customer. We suggest customers to use courier with tracking service as we are unable to assist or locate the item if it was lost in transit by any third party.
*Definition of “Good Condition” for returned items: Items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and should be in its original packaging with all relevant certificates and labels.
Refund Policy
● No cash refund
● Can be exchanged for another item of the same value or customer can pay the difference in exchange for an item of higher value.
Discounted Items
All discounted items are non-refundable.
Damaged Item or Wrong Item Delivered
● Please contact us at forkicksoriginal@gmail.com stating your order number in the email subject and provide details for our investigation and follow-up.
● For damaged item(s), please attach a picture in the email.
● Please keep the original packaging and all relevant certificates and labels.
In case of any dispute, For Kicks reserves the right for the final decision.
